Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 8-10 minutes | Serves 8

Ingredients : 

1¼ cups sliced kosher hotdogs (3 or 4, depending on size)
½ cup flour
½ cup yellow cornmeal
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ cup skim milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons canola oil
8 foil muffin cups, paper liners removed
cooking spray
mustard or your favorite dipping sauce

Directions : 

1. Slice each hotdog in half lengthwise, then cut in ¼-inch half-moon slices. Set aside.
2. Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
3. In a large bowl, stir together flour, cornmeal, and baking powder.
4. In a small bowl, beat together the milk, egg, and oil until just blended.
5. Pour egg mixture into dry ingredients and stir with a spoon to mix well.
6. Stir in sliced hot dogs.
7. Spray the foil cups lightly with cooking spray.
8. Divide mixture evenly into muffin cups.
9. Place 4 muffin cups in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
10. Reduce temperature to 360°F and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean.
11. Repeat steps 9 and 10 to bake remaining corn dog muffins.
12. Serve with mustard or other sauces for dipping.
