Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
1 cup tortilla chips, pulverized
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 fillets of white fish fillet
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
2. Place a grill pan in the air fryer.
3. Season the fish fillet with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
4. Soak in beaten eggs and dredge in tortilla chips.
5. Place on the grill pan.
6. Cook for 15 minutes.
7. Make sure to flip the fish halfway through the cooking time.
